"A Compliance Survey of your veterans' flight training program was conducted March 22, 2000. This was the first survey of your facility...During this survey, student records were reviewed to determine compliance with Dept. of Veteran Affairs reporting requirements. Included in the review were records of student enrollment, certifications, flight logs, medical Certificates and pilot licenses.
