To complete a checkout in a Regal aircraft, you should expect a minimum of a 1 hour flight and 1/2 hour of ground instruction. The open-book written handbook exam should be completed prior to your checkout appointment.
In addition, on the day of your checkout, please bring the following:
Logbook
Pilot's license
Current medical
FAA approved photo identification (State driver’s license is sufficient)
Current Charts and Airport Facility Directory (Available in our Pilot Store)
A separate checkout may be required for IFR operations.
