Hiring A&P Maintenance Technician Apprentice

We’re looking for an A&P Maintenance Technician Apprentice to perform all areas of aircraft inspections, repairs, and alterations to general aviation piston single and twin-engine aircraft for FAR part 91, 135, and 141 operations in our maintenance shop on Paine Field in Everett, WA. This is an apprenticeship position, so experience in the field is not necessary. Instead, we’re mainly looking for somebody capable of learning the job and is willing and able to work with us for several years.

Essential Duties:

  • Examine airframes and powerplants for defects and make necessary repairs
  • Perform 100-hour and annual inspections and repairs
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
  • Perform analysis and repairs to a variety of aircraft systems
  • Keep records of maintenance and repair work
